ACIS Natura's Essence
ACIS Natura, born as a passion project, is inspired by my over thirty years of experience as a professional naturalist, scientist and science educator. Throughout my life and career, I've had the privilege of studying, teaching, and working closely with the natural world, gaining a deep understanding of its rhythms and intricacies. Leveraging this knowledge made possible a governmental program to find sustainable solutions to region-wide complex biological and ecological challenges.
ACIS Natura aims to bridge the gap between modern life and nature, while engaging people of all ages to learn about the ecosystem at large through participation in fun open-science projects.
Mosquitoes don't bug me
I find them quite fascinating, but I fully understand why not everyone feels the same and why we need to have effective, efficient ways to help reduce them around our homes, and keep from getting bitten in the first place.
